What materials, paints, and coatings do you use? Are they non-toxic and child-safe?

We use environmentally responsible and child-safe materials, including wood, paints, coatings, and adhesives.All materials are selected to meet relevant safety requirements and can be tested according to the standards required in your target market.

What safety certifications do your wooden toys currently meet?

Our products can meet the major international toy safety standards requested by our customers, including ASTM, EN71, CPC, FSC, and other applicable testing requirements for different markets.

Are Forestoy toys tested by third-party laboratories?

A: Yes. All Forestoy products are tested and certified by internationally recognized third-party laboratories such as SGS, TÜV, BV (Bureau Veritas), and ITS (Intertek). We implement a dual quality assurance system that includes both in-house testing and independent external testing to ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations.

How does Forestoy ensure that materials are safe and non-toxic?

A: We are a FSCTM certified company (FSCTM C131173 ), prioritizing the use of  sustainably sourced wood and maintain strict control over our supply chain. All paints, glues, and other chemical materials used in our toys are sourced from professional, certified suppliers and are non-toxic and eco-friendly. They are verified through both internal and third-party testing to ensure full chemical safety compliance.

What international safety standards do Forestoy wooden toys comply with?

A: All Forestoy wooden toys strictly comply with major international toy safety standards, including EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 (USA), and AS/NZS ISO 8124 (Australia/New Zealand). We are committed to ensuring that every product meets the highest global safety requirements.
